The fish was tender and soft enough that it fell apart in my fingers with the slightest pull, but crisp enough to maintain its shape and provide a delicious crunch. I will definitely bring my Scottish friend here when he visits to see if our Fish/Chips are better than they are across the pond. And this is without mentioning the wide varieties of draft beers they have. Most places have a few drinks of tap, but Drake's had *dozens*.
